Starving male workers are supervised and given work orders by business women from the city. The women desire to climb the corporate ladder and hate being stuck supervising a bunch of members of the lesser sex, and they know that the best path to promotion is to extract as much work out of the men for as little expense as possible. So they keep increasing the workload and reducing the rations until the workers are completely exhausted working 14 hour shifts while starving. The hardest working ones who catch the eye of the supervisor are extremely thankful to get an extra ration of potatoes which they get to eat kneeling in the mud at their female boss’s feet.
