An officer in charge of political prisoners is feeling mean today and she is picking names for today’s punishments. They didn’t do anything wrong, but being a prison guard is boring and torturing the prisoners is her main entertainment. Starving prisoners are groveling in the mud at her feet hoping that she has pity and doesn’t pick them today.
